ScanMyEquipment Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using ScanMyEquipment (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription & Billing

A one-time setup fee is charged today to provision your account. Your selected monthly subscription begins after a 7-day trial and renews automatically each month until cancelled.

3. Plans & Machine Limits

Each plan includes an active machine limit. Exceeding your limit may require an upgrade to a higher tier.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Setup fees and amounts already billed are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ScanMyEquipment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
